No. Every option comes with a direct booking link to the source site (the airline, bus company, Booking.com and so on). You book there yourself at the source price. Plavion never adds a markup and never handles your trip payment.

A quick scan (3 credits) is a fast look at the best options for your trip. A deep search (10 credits) is a thorough AI research session that digs through many more sources for both transport and stays. It takes 6-8 minutes and finds deals a quick scan can miss.

Searches spend credits: 3 for a quick scan, 10 for a deep search, 5 to load more options. You get 10 free credits when you sign up and verify your email. After that, top up from €6 or subscribe from €5/month. Subscribers get fresh credits every month, and your first month of the Basic plan is free.

No, never. Whatever you don't spend simply rolls over — subscription credits add to your balance every month, top-up credits stay until you use them. Skipping a travel-planning month costs you nothing.

Fresh credits every month (10, 30 or 100 depending on the plan) that roll over if unused, plus Trip autopilot on every plan: save a whole trip — route, dates, travelers and budget — and we re-price its flights and stay every week, emailing you only when the total fits your budget or drops meaningfully. Free accounts keep route price alerts, the weekly digest and the chatbot.

A standing search for a whole trip. After any search, tap “Put this whole trip on autopilot”: we then re-check the trip's flights and accommodation weekly and email you when the total price fits your budget or takes a real dip. You manage your saved trips on the My routes page. Included with every subscription plan; you can watch up to 3 trips at a time.

The advanced search at plavion.travel/advanced. Instead of just route and dates, you set the total budget for everyone, date flexibility, preferred transport and stay style — and a search power slider from 10 to 50 credits. More power buys extra research rounds: the AI keeps digging through more carriers, shifted dates and more properties before it reports back.

Free for every account. Tap “Track this route” under a search result or deal page and we check the route's fares every morning, emailing you only when a price beats your target. You can track up to 5 routes and manage them all — targets included — on the My routes page.

Yes. Every search runs live on the internet at the moment you ask, so prices reflect what the booking sites show right then. Fares and room rates can change quickly, so the final price is always the one you see when you complete the booking at the source site.

If a search can't finish, your credits are refunded automatically. You only pay for results. And if you repeat the same search shortly after, we serve the recent result for free instead of charging you again.

Plavion is built for travelers from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the UK and across Europe — but you can enter any origin and destination in the world. The AI searches the live internet for whatever route you give it.

Click “Recent” in the header (on phones: “Recent searches” in the menu). Picking a past search first checks, for free, whether its result is still fresh in our cache: if it is, you see it instantly at no cost. If it has expired, the search form is prefilled instead and you decide whether to run it again — a search is never started or charged automatically. Quick results stay cached for about 6 hours and deep results for 24.

Usually 6-8 minutes, because it's a real research session across many sources, not a single lookup. It keeps running in the background even if you close the page — come back within 24 hours and Plavion picks it right back up and shows your finished result.

All payments are processed by Stripe, so your card details never touch our servers. Top-ups are one-time purchases; subscriptions renew monthly and you can cancel anytime, keeping your remaining credits. Fully unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days.
