Refund Policy

This policy covers purchases of Plavion credits and subscriptions. It does not cover trips you book on third-party websites — those bookings are contracts with the provider (airline, hotel, Booking.com, …) under their own refund and cancellation rules; we cannot refund or change them.
1. Failed searches — automatic credit refund
If a search fails for technical reasons, the credits it consumed are automatically returned to your balance. No action is needed. A search that completes but returns few or no options is not a failed search — the work of scanning was performed.
2. EU/EEA 14-day right of withdrawal
Credits are digital content/services delivered immediately after payment. During checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once credits are delivered to your account, as allowed by Directive 2011/83/EU and the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act implementing it. Independently of that, we offer the goodwill policy below.
3. Our goodwill refund policy
- Top-up packs: if you have not spent any of the purchased credits, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Subscriptions: you can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your remaining credits stay usable until used. If a renewal charge went through and you have not spent any of that month’s credits, you can request a refund of that renewal within 14 days.
- Partially spent purchases are refunded only in exceptional cases, at our discretion.
- Refunds are issued by Stripe to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.
4. How to request a refund or cancel
Email pavle.paunob@gmail.com from your account email with the approximate purchase date. We respond within a few business days. Statutory consumer rights in your country that cannot be waived remain unaffected by this policy. See also our Terms of Service.
